The Challenge
Brightleaf Dental was losing patients to competitors because their front desk couldn't answer calls fast enough during peak hours. Patients had questions about insurance coverage, treatment options, and appointment availability that went unanswered after hours, leading to missed bookings and frustrated callers.
Our Solution
We built DentaBot — a custom AI chatbot trained on Brightleaf's treatment catalog, insurance policies, and scheduling rules. The bot was embedded into their existing WordPress site with a single script tag. It answers patient questions in natural language, books appointments directly via Google Calendar integration, and sends automated SMS reminders through Twilio to reduce no-shows.
