By accessing or using PortableCrew’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
PortableCrew provides AI chatbot development and integration, AI automation services, and web/mobile app development. The free chatbot integration includes embedding a custom AI chatbot into your existing website at no setup cost. Ongoing hosting and maintenance may be subject to separate agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of PortableCrew or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
4. Client Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide to us for chatbot training or project development. You grant us a license to use your content solely for the purpose of delivering our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content you provide.
5. Limitation of Liability
PortableCrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate — we are not liable for decisions made based on chatbot responses.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if you violate these terms. You may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, we will remove your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international laws. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
