The Challenge
Vida Lifestyle Brand needed to maintain an active social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, but their marketing team of two couldn't keep up. Content creation was inconsistent, posting schedules were irregular, and engagement was declining.
Our Solution
We built SocialPilot, an AI content automation system using n8n and Claude API. The team inputs a content theme into Airtable, and the system generates platform-specific posts, suggests hashtags, and queues them for review. Once approved, posts are auto-scheduled via Buffer across all platforms. The system also repurposes blog posts into social content automatically.
