Free Chatbot Integration: What to Expect from Start to Launch

We integrate AI chatbots into existing websites for free. Here's exactly what happens behind the scenes — from your URL to a live bot in 5 days.

Day 1: You share your website URL

The process starts with something simple: you give us your website URL. That's it. No questionnaires, no technical discovery calls, no access to your backend. We crawl your public-facing pages — your homepage, services, about, FAQ, product pages, and blog — to build a knowledge base. If you have additional documents (product catalogs, internal FAQs, pricing sheets), you can share those too, but they're optional. The goal is to understand your business the way a new customer would: by reading your website.

Days 2-3: We train the AI on your content

Your website content is processed into embeddings — mathematical representations that capture meaning, not just keywords. This enables semantic search: when a visitor asks "how much does it cost?" the bot finds your pricing page even if the word "cost" never appears on it. We also configure conversation flows: greeting messages, quick-reply suggestions, lead capture questions, and human handoff triggers. The bot is trained to match your brand's tone — professional, friendly, technical, or casual — based on how you already write on your website. By the end of day 3, the bot is functional and answering questions about your business.

Days 4-5: Testing, integration, and launch

Before going live, we test the bot with real questions your customers might ask. We check for accuracy, tone, and edge cases — what happens when someone asks something unrelated to your business? What if they want to talk to a human? We configure the handoff flow (email, Slack, or your preferred channel) and the lead capture form. Then we generate a single script tag — one line of JavaScript — that you paste into your website's HTML. That's the entire integration. No redesign, no theme changes, no backend modifications. The chatbot appears as a floating widget in your brand colors, and you're live.

What happens after launch

The bot doesn't just sit there — it learns. Every conversation is logged (with privacy controls), and we review the chat logs weekly to identify questions the bot couldn't answer. We update the knowledge base, refine the conversation flows, and improve the bot's responses. You get a dashboard showing metrics: total conversations, lead captures, resolution rate, and popular topics. If a new product launches or pricing changes, we update the bot's knowledge base — usually within 24 hours. The bot gets smarter every week, and you always know exactly what it's doing.
